It’s a GIRL!!
Finally!! Some empirical evidence confirmed what I’ve known for months… I’m carrying another baby girl!! Had an ultrasound this past week, and no tiny penis in sight! Ha! lol
I had been trying so hard to think of a fun way to announce our baby’s gender in “photo form” but it just felt like all the creative ideas in the world were taken haha. Today I finally pulled out the box of my daughter’s baby clothes that I had been saving “just in case” and it was a nice way to reminisce and see all the tiny baby clothes. Goodness how time flies…
Among all the items, I wanted to find something special to use for these photos… At first I wanted to use a dress that had been mine as a baby, and my daughter has also worn… But as I pulled more things out, my daughter started playing with these tiny shoes. I doubt she wore them for even an hour, but they are some of the most adorable items I had saved.
So why not? They obviously screamed GIRL <3 and my daughter was having fun playing with them. This was just a tiny little 20 minute session, perfect for a wiggly toddler, and happily, still got some fun shots for me reveal. Yay!
We are so very exited to be expecting another little princess… or pirate, or astronaut, or you know… whatever she’s into 😀 Eeeeeeekkkk!!!
If you are interested in having a similar mini session, please fill out my Contact Form so we can talk about it!
We have little white flowers all over our yard.
A few days ago we had a fly inside the house.
Today, the temperatures hit a high of 50 degrees! And oh my does it feel like HEAVEN to be out in the sunshine with a light jacket. It feels like it’s been forever since we had a day like this.
So we decided to go out for a walk before we missed out on this loveliness.
Definitely think the weather is starting to turn, can we start booking some awesome outdoor sessions now pretty please?
If you are interested in a session, please fill out my Contact From.
Coming SOON to Liliana Beatriz Fotografia are In-Studio Mini Sessions! Yay!!!!
Right now I’m still in the process of gathering up all the equipment necessary for indoor portrait sessions, but I am SOOO close to being ready. I thought I would share some test shots I took the other day.
This is my daughter, she’s 2 years old and a pretty darn good model haha. I decided to test out one potential area of the house for my in-home studio area with her. Now this isn’t the largest space in the house, but it is the warmest! So if we would be working with Newborns or young children wearing thinner garments, we would use this spot. There a nice large window lining the wall that gets lovely light all day long.
Currently waiting on my back drop stand, so I tried using a pair of tripods to support my “back ground”… Yeah… Totally didn’t work out… One tripod kept trying to tip over because my daughter kept kicking it haha. Can’t wait to have my “Real” set up. But for now, I was just checking the lighting conditions.
Oh, and that new baby bean bag, my daughter loves it. I bet your kids will too. 😉
This was SOOO impromptu I didn’t even realize my daughter had chocolate milk all over her face, HA! She’s still cute though <3
Very happy with the amount of light in this little corner! I will be getting some little “practice sessions” in this week once I have my complete set up, with a non-chocolate milk faced child hehehe. But I am pleased to say we are getting VERY close to launch.
Can you say March Mini Sessions?! Oh Yes!! Stay tuned 😀
This absolutely gorgeous family invited me into their home and allowed me to capture some tender memories for them of their newborn son. It was such a pleasure to work with such a sweet and easy going family.
Little Mr. Tammen, welcome to the world. You have a lovely family to get to know. An adoring older sister, a super fun older brother, and a mother and father who love you more than anything. May you be blessed every day of your life.
This was a very sweet and special photo session. The curly Q is actually my daughter and this is her little BFF, Miss O. These little ladies have been friends their almost their entire lives and it has been so wonderful to see them at this age where they can finally run around and play together.
So we had a little sleep over as the movers emptied our house in Key West and I wanted to capture these special moments before our big move to Germany. I hope these photos are enjoyed and cherished for many years. I know I will!

Happy happy 1st birthday, Alicia!!!
It was such a pleasure being there to capture this happy occasion. Alicia’s birthday was at The Dance Factory and it was just so much fun for all the little ones there. They had this huge bounce/play house and lots of climbing equiptment for all the kids. Alicia’s party was Minnie Mouse themed and her mother, Melissa, did such an amazing job decorating and creating fun special treats for the guest. Little Alicia spent most of her time working on climbing up and down a large foam slide and she was quite the sight in her adorable pink extra fluffy tutu and mouse ears. And a little while into the party Minnie Mouse herself came to greet all her tiny fans! It was just a blast and so so much fun for everyone.
Little Alicia I wish you so much joy, health, and happiness. You are surround by loving family and friends; what a lucky little lady you are.

It was such a pleasure to shoot my last mom, Sylvia. She just had the sweetest demeanor and so easy to work with. And could her daughter have been any more adorable?! I think not (wait till you see those pictures!). It was truly a pleasure.
Sylvia even had a little surprise with her! She had brought this awesome big fluffy pink tutu for her daughter to wear in some of the pictures. And boy was it hard not to smile with that little one being engulfed by pink tule. It was just a cuteness explosion. Totally fun to shot, I think I will need to do more of these fluffy tutu shoots, cause I LOVED this.
So overal, the back to back mini sessions were definitely a great experience for me. I got to work with different families, each one brought their own style to the table, and their own little challenge for me. It was really fun to meet some new moms and I would love to work with all of them again some time.
Well… enough blabber from me… here are the pictures, enjoy!!
Today was my Mother’s Day shoot and it was SO much fun!
I decided to split up each of the mini sessions instead of writing up one post for every body because I can share more pictures of each session that way hehehe…
So on to the first mommy, Elyse!!!
This adorable mommy and baby boy were just to die for. He was just a chunky happy little man who was having a blast checking out the garden. You could tell that he’s at that age where they are really paying attention to their surroundings and enjoying this new found world.
It was so fun and easy to shoot this family. It’s amazing how much I learn from each family, each location, each editing session. I love this stuff!!!
Alright, without any further delay… Here are some gorgeous shots from this morning!
Now here’s a family I can’t get enough of!
Erika and her three little ones charged into the garden, and let me tell you, there was no stoping them! Here’s my question to more experienced photogs, how to take pictures of multiple ACTIVE children?! hahaha
We chased around those kids and as soon as we had two of them haming it up and giving us a big smile a third was off chasing butterflies! Or maybe everyone was miraculously looking as I’m double checking the camera settings, AHHHH!! DONT MISS THE PICTURE!!!!
Now THAT was another great learning experience. I need to bring some kind of kid attention grabbing tools. Maybe some little toys or stickers or candy. IDK something fun to give the kids at the end of a session or to give them something to look at that’s more interesting than a camera.
Regardless, it was hard not catch a few good ones <3 A beautiful family, beautiful setting, and a gorgeous day make for some amazing pictures.
